Services

I provide individual psychotherapy sessions for adults in Oregon, Tennessee, and Illinois via telehealth. I have experience with a wide range of concerns and specialized training in women’s mental health and in working with LGBTQ+ clients.  Below are some areas of focus in my practice. Please contact me with any questions or to schedule a consult.

Grief Counseling

I offer professional grief counseling for adults experiencing loss, whether due to the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or other significant life changes. Grief is a natural, complex, and deeply personal process and can often feel overwhelming and isolating. Through therapy, you will be supported as you integrate your loss and gently find a path forward.

Life Transitions

Life transitions—whether wanted or unwanted—can bring up a range of emotions, from excitement and possibility to worry and fear. Whether navigating a career change, moving to a new city, entering a new stage of life, or facing the loss of something familiar, transitions often force us to reassess who we are and what we want from life. This process can feel painful, but it also offers an opportunity for growth and self-understanding.

Anxiety and Depression

You may find yourself caught in cycles of worry, self-doubt, or sadness that make it hard to fully engage in life. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to explore what you’re experiencing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to ease distress. My approach integrates mindfulness and self-compassion, helping you find more emotional flexibility and reconnect with a greater sense of meaning, resilience, and hope.

Acute and Chronic Illness

lllness, whether chronic, terminal, or acute, can shake our sense of self and challenge our emotional and psychological well-being. I work with people living with illness, caregivers and first responders, and those processing medical trauma, disability, or the emotional impact of a changing body. I also work with caregivers who are accompanying others through these experiences, and need support with self-care, burnout, and anticipatory grief.

End of Life Care and Preparation

Facing death—whether your own or that of a loved one—brings profound emotional, spiritual, and practical challenges and can stir deep questions about meaning, legacy, and what matters most. You may experience a complex mix of emotions: anticipatory grief, fear, anger, or a desire to make the most of remaining time. I can help you navigate medical decisions, have meaningful conversations with loved ones, and honor this difficult and sacred time. Together, we’ll create space to address both practical concerns and emotional needs, helping you find moments of peace and connection.

Psychedelic Integration

Psychedelic experiences can open up profound insights, emotions, and questions that are difficult to navigate alone. I offer nonjudgmental, grounded support for people looking to integrate these experiences into daily life—whether for healing, growth, or meaning-making. This work is informed by mindfulness, somatic awareness, and a respect for the unknown.
